Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions

Cancellations and refund requests received by May 18, 2012 are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after May 18, 2012. Substitutions are accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Complete an updated registration form listing the new participant and note the name of the attendee they will be replacing.
