What time frame should my information cover?
All information should cover the previous 12-18 months. However, if there is an activity, product/service or item that is note-worthy and impacted the members and community that happened prior to the 18 months, please include details and note the time period.
How many pictures do you need on my CD?
Include 18-24 pictures of members, staff, community events, fundraisers, educational training sessions, youth activities, celebrations and board involvement. Be sure to include a short description for each picture.
How detailed should my financial information be?
By providing the NCUA Financial Performance Report, most of the key financial information should be listed. However, be sure to highlight items that will show the impact felt by your members and community.
What types of letters of reference are you looking for?
Include letters of thanks or commendations from your members, community organizations, schools, and charities that may have benefitted.
