Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) Designation
Attendees of CUNA Certified Financial Counselor School have the opportunity to earn credits toward their Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation.
To achieve certification, you must successfully complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of the CUNA Certified Financial Counselor School and pass each qualifying exam. You may attend Parts 1 and 2 in any order and there are no prerequisites.
The Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation requires recertification every three years to ensure that your knowledge about financial counseling is current. To be recertified, attend the Update and successfully pass the recertification exam. Learn more about recertfication.
The CCUFC designation can also be earned through the CUNA Credit Union Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) self-study program.
