Amy is the owner and lead consultant for Climer Consulting, which designs and delivers professional development programs focusing on the human element of organizations specifically leadership, creativity and teambuilding.

Since 1995, Amy has been teaching, facilitating and leading groups with a focus on experiential methods. She has developed a reputation for engaging and motivating her students primarily focusing on college students and young adults, but she has experience working with people of every age.

Angela Prestil

Angela is the director of sales culture development for CUNA Creating Member Loyalty™. She brings more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering educational programs and products to CUNA. Her expertise lies in marketing, sales, innovation and train-the-trainer programs and products, as well as, in customer relationship development. Since coming to CUNA, Angela has conducted training around the country at League meetings, CUNA schools and CUNA webinars.

As implementation manager for CUNA Creating Member Loyalty™, Carla is responsible for consulting with credit unions to help implement and drive the program solutions. She works regularly with credit union's senior teams and managers to help them advance their sales and service culture and ensure that the programs effectively meet their business strategy.

Carla is also the senior master trainer for CUNA Creating Member Loyalty and has coached, trained and certified more than 400 credit union trainers.

Carmen is a leader in the virtual presentation movement, a forward thinker and a cognitive scientist. She has a passion for virtual presentations and a healthy addiction to understanding the human psyche which comes in handy in her role as an executive coach at Rexi Media.

Carmen's presentations and workshops help business professionals use communication skills to increase revenue, train or motivate others, and above all, to stand out from too much sameness in the industry.

Doug is the founder and president of Story Theater International, a speaking, training and consulting company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a speaking and storytelling coach, he has coached over 1000 business professionals from CEOs to entrepreneurs to a member of the House of Lords in London.

Doug is the creator and author of The Story Theater Method for strategic storytelling in business. He is also the creator of The 21-Step How to Write and Deliver a Dynamite Speech System. He not only presents transformational speeches, he follows them by analyzing what he has just done.

Jayne is a credit union learning professional with 26 years of experience in all aspects of sales and service effectiveness. She has a background in managing change, developing high performance teams, aligning corporate culture and values with business practices, and facilitating sessions from the boardroom to the classroom.

Her areas of specialization include: team building, communication, sales culture development, sales and service skills and behaviors, management and leadership development and training skills.

Melisa Kallestad

Prior to joining CUNA, Kallestad had a 20-year career with First American Credit Union of Beloit, Wisconsin. Her credit union career included holding the positions of Teller, Member Service Officer, Branch Manager and Retail Manager. Special areas of focus within the credit union included training, compliance, lending, member service, and branch operations. In addition, Kallestad spent several years as a Continuing Financial Education Instructor for Rock Valley College.

Michelle Trekas, Red Canoe Credit Union

Patti, the president of Learning Peaks, LLC, is a nationally recognized instructional designer/developer, trainer/mentor/instructor, and writer/author with diverse experience working with corporate training, higher education, government, NGOs and professional development.

Patti has assisted others with analyzing, planning, designing, developing and evaluating classroom, technology-based and blended learning initiatives. Patti previously spent many years as head of training for a health care organization and taught instructional design and technology at George Washington University and the University of CO, Denver.

Sean McDonald

Sean is the President of Your Full Potential, LLC and the founder of the Credit Union Business Development Academy. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences for the credit union industry and has also worked with companies in the manufacturing, direct sales, and retail industries.

Sean has written extensively on many professional and personal growth topics. His first book, Stop Complaining! Start Growing! Lessons on Growing Your Business & Career focuses on professional and personal growth tactics.

Tamara is the Chief Imaginator of Imaginibbles. As an idea tinkerer, serial entrepreneur, nationally published author including Think Sideways and Bootcamp360 , innovation enthusiast, martial artist and host of imagi-NATION: disruptive innovator’s road tour, she created Imaginibbles to help people and organizations unleash their imaginative mind and unlock their entrepreneurial spirit in order to thrive.

Prior to joining CUNA, Tracy had a 17-year career with First American Credit Union of Beloit, Wisconsin. Her credit union career included holding the positions of Human Resources Director, Security and Compliance Officer, Vice President of Operations and CEO. Special areas of focus within the credit union included compliance, strategic planning, disaster recovery, policy administration and mergers.
